The inner-shell ionization cross-sections of more than 20 elements (Sc, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Zn, Y, Nb, Mo, Ga, Zr, Hf etc) were measured by using thin target with thick substrate method for the first time in the world, which are required in some important research fields such as element analysis, plasma diagnosis, inertial confined fusion and so on.
