The facility is contained of one high flux plasma source and one liquid lithium loop which can interact with the plasma. The single cathode arc plasma source is mounted inside one cylindrical vacuum vessel which is 1.2 m in length and 35 cm in diameter. Three coils were mounted along the vessel to produce an axial magnetic field which is about 0.45 T. The particle flux can reach 1022m-2s-1.
