It is a great pleasure to announce the next Ion Beam Modification of Materials International Conference, IBMM-2020 at Lisbon, 5-10 July 2020. The IBMM Conference will be the 22^nd of a series started at Budapest, 1978. The conference gathers scientists from all over the world to exchange ideas, share new knowledge and future trends of ion beam technologies and includes plenary sessions, keynote lectures and several specialized sessions on different topics related to ion beams with relevant applications in advanced materials, nanotechnology, nuclear materials, information and communication technologies, medical and industrial applications.

The Organizing Committee also encourages companies and institutions to showcase their modern products and equipment in the conference area. Further information is available on
